Merci pour l’info, même si elle ne fait que confirmer nos doutes. J’ai envoyé un mail à l’adresse indiquée. On va voir ce que ça donne même si je n’y crois pas du tout. Mais au moins, maintenant, les choses sont claires !!!
J’ai demandé un remboursement il y a 2 ans via divers canaux, jamais eu de réponse…

Despite overcoming many challenges along the way, we now face a final and unforeseen setback: one of our key collaborators has suddenly decided to step away from the project. This marks the end of our adventure.

It is with a heavy heart that we share this update. Despite overcoming many challenges along the way, we now face a final and unforeseen setback: one of our key collaborators - responsible for translating, publishing and distributing the game into two languages - has suddenly decided to step away from the project. Unfortunately, this decision makes it impossible for us to deliver the game as promised, and it marks the end of our adventure.
We know this is extremely disappointing for everyone involved. We truly believed in this game, and poured our energy and creativity into it. We have, however, failed as a company to make our dream and the dream of the designer a reality. We still believe in this game and therefore give everything we’ve worked on to the designer, hoping that another publisher can make it happen. This game deserves to reach tables around the world. We will support the designer however we can in finding a new publisher. She will regain full rights to her game, including all developments we contributed, the artwork, and the prototype we had manufactured.
This news will undoubtedly raise the question of refunds. We will be starting refunds for all backers, as soon as all administration is taken care of by our accountant. Please keep in mind this won’t be a full refund as a lot of costs have already been made. But we’ll try to provide a pro rata refund for everyone with the funds that are left. Once we know the exact amount we’ll be able to refund you, we will reach out to you and ask for your details. We’ll announce this in a future update.
Thank you to all who supported us with trust and patience. We deeply regret our adventure has to end this way, but we’re proud of what we created and are grateful we got to share this dream with you.

Adventures in Neverland: New status of this project
Hi everyone,
We wanted to update you on the situation with your order.
Unfortunately, Black Box Adventures has informed us that they’ve decided to stop the project and will no longer deliver the game. As a result, we’ve already taken action on your behalf and sent them an official notice of default.
We’ve requested a full refund for the amounts we paid, and we’re now waiting for them to process this. Once we receive the refund, we will handle all reimbursements to you directly — no extra steps needed from your side.
At this point, the game will not be released, but there is still a small chance it could be picked up by another publisher. For now, we’re fully focused on getting your money back.

Au moins maintenant mon premier échec de CF est validé à 100%

Idem pour moi. Première fois que je n’aurai pas vu un projet aboutir. Mais ça a eu le mérite de m’écœurer à vie. Pour moi, ce type de financement, c’est terminé. Quand je vois l’impunité de ces personnes, je me dis que n’importe quel arnaqueur peut trainer sur ce type de site.
Entre ce type d’individu, l’augmentation de prix constant et les taxes mises dessus (sans compter quelques surprises avec parfois des frais de douane qui s’ajoutent), je ne vois plus l’intérêt de backer sauf pour avoir des extensions exclusives avec lesquelles je ne jouerai pas car mal équilibrées.

Moi je me dis où bien c’est une boîte sérieuse et c’est le craquage des deux dernières années, ou j’attends. Depuis adventures, la vie a fait prendre la poussière au contenu de l’armoire à jeux. Donc pas d’urgence.
Mais oui, c’est magnifique comme système de vol au calme…
Dire que the dice tower avait descendu Le jeu a l’époque, et la boîte, avant que les backers leur disent de laisser un chance, et ils avaient fait un second test un peu plus favorable…
C’était mon premier CF, je suis content désormais de juste scroller les forums ici et de m’être guéri de mon FOMO
