EU & UK
The first 522 packages left the EU warehouse today and in a few days, they will be at your doorstep
We have received all the tracking numbers for those shipments but because of an internal error, we cannot upload them to Backerkit yet. We hope that tomorrow will be able to send them out to you. FYI the order that the packages are leaving the warehouse are:
Germany first, then France, then the UK, Spain, and all the rest of the countries at the same time.
Do not worry about the order though as the good folks of Packman fulfillment are doing their best to finish the EU&UK fulfillment the soonest. In one and a half days, they managed to ship 522 pledges which is a huge number so we are very pleased with the process so far!
Your games are just around the corner. Thank you so much for your patience!

Une nouvelle news vient de tomber !
Les envois pour la France devrait se faire la semaine prochaine.

ah bah d’accord, moi je recois les news via backerkit avec une semaine de retard !!!
effectivement, en allant voir directement, y’a une nouvelle news qui vient de tomber, ils ont fait passer les espagnols avant nous finalement !
EU - UK
The last of the German pledges left the fulfillment center today. I (Yoma) kindly asked if we could change the order of destinations a bit—considering that the Spanish retail copies were available earlier and that the UK games need more time to ship—but nevertheless, all games will be sent in 2-2.5 weeks.
Tomorrow, the first Spanish packages will be sent out; and in the next two days, all the remaining Spanish pledges will be sent out. UK backers will follow on Friday, and French in the middle of next week. After France, all the rest of Europe will follow.
Hopefully everyone will have their game soon so they can enjoy the upcoming Endless Winter

En attendant, ça fait plus d’une semaine que j’ai demandé à changer l’adresse de livraison. (C’est quelqu’un du support qui m’a renvoyé vers leurs mail pour cette demande)
Aucune news comme quoi ils confirment le changement d’adresse.
Je pars vendredi. 
Tu aurais leur mail ? Je suis dans la même situation à devoir changer d’adresse…
