We’re going to try our best to provide samples as soon as possible, but as we’re running right up into Gen Con, local and pro painters are all booked solid for weeks/months on end.
But we’ve been looking to support an independent painter from day one–if you are a miniatures painter, or know miniature painters who’d be interested in helping to create the paint masters for Giga-Robo, we’d love to see your work! Please send samples images to info@gigarobo.com.
In the meantime, we’ll work on our end to create the best samples we can.

Michael Johnson Superbacker il y environ 3 heures @Creator, given the recent developments with prepainted miniatures, I'd like to just throw out a word of caution on offering prepainted miniatures. If I'm not mistaken the Taikaido Deluxe edition saw some massive delays in part to offering prepainted miniatures. Also, the guys over at NSKN games have recently had to pull the plug on including prepainted miniatures in the latest Mistfall and have had to offer refunds (which I imagine is a lot of behind the scenes work that would be super annoying to have to process and deal with on your end). I certainly want prepainted minis, but it seems like a risky proposition! Do you have any contingency plans in place? Thanks! =)reponse
Giga-Robo! Créateur Il y a 39 minutes @Michael Johnson it absolutely requires caution and careful planning, but we've worked out a workflow so that the miniatures will begin production first and painting will commence while we're finalizing graphic design elements and submitting assets. The estimated delivery date took this into account. We're hopefully going to be able to provide samples that'll represent the actual painting before the end of the campaign--the timing is rough, but after receiving the last revisions we felt like we absolutely needed to end the commission and move on, or else there wouldn't be a chance to have them finished before the campaign. Your concern is absolutely legit though, I don't want to discount it.

Le fluff :
ShinŌkami can uniquely use and exploit Static Barriers, transforming them into portals that can transport it and its attacks across the map. Cards like Hell's Gate! allow you to fire into a Static Barrier and have the shot exit out of another to hit your opponent. Burning Gate! increases the damage of your Ranged Attack if there's a Static Barrier in the attack's path. While cards like Blood Moon! allow you to destroy 2 adjacent Static Barriers to cancel and steal an opponent's Instant.ShinŌkami also introduces charging attacks into Giga-Robo, giving mobility and attack buffs if the cards are played immediately after spending your movement. Pair these play-styles with ShinŌkami’s melee « claw » attacks, that inflict each Trauma Token type and damage per success, and you have a robot who can dominate across all ranges.
Terroch Arkan, the « Spear of The Armada », is the first Zoider Terroch to invade Earth, bringing his elite army of robot piloting Med’rachts into combat. He controls a Giga-Core, a myriad Giga-Shards fused together for limitless power, yet seeks even more humans for the harvest.
Arkan’s playstyle revolves around Power Token control and distribution, specifically removing the 6 Power Token limit between Robot Abilities and Power Token Control. As long as there are open slots in his Power Token control, Terroch Arkan can and will gather power.
While this can be incredibly strong, it’s balanced by Arkan’s need to spend Power Tokens to effectively gain Fighting Spirit. Players choosing Arkan have some of the most difficult but rewarding resource management choices ahead of them, creating a unique combat puzzle to solve.

sinon un bond certain depuis le SG (en a eu du mal à faire le seuil puis passé de 52,8 à 55 en 24h). Add-on certainement pour beaucoup.

Je viens de mater la vidéo de gameplay (le son est bien pourri d’ailleurs) et je confirme que ça me botte bien. Je confirme aussi que ~100$ c’est vraiment cher pour un jeu de ce type la 
Actuellement j’ai un EB, donc je suis partant pour le partager (si c’est possible). Si on est 5, je veux bien migrer vers le pledge à 5 et m’occuper du PG.
Bon je suis à 2 doigts de craquer aussi. Si Ya un PG (avec du prepeint pour moi, sur ce genre de figurines peu de chose à craindre) je pourrais bien etre votre 5ème.

C’est vrai que le prepeint est pas mal niveau prix /version de base. En plus je sais pas si j’arriverai a avoir un rendu parfaitement lisse. Donc je pense aussi au prepeint en customisant ensuite avec des décalcomanies que j’ai vu ici au Japon (en vacances je suis) que les mecs utilisent sur leurs figurines de mechas.
Bon puisque vous m’obligez à en arriver là : Pourquoi pledger Giga-Robo ?
Moi je serais peut être intéressée mais le problème c’est la langue lol. Enfin pas pour moi mais pour la cible du jeu qui est mon copain. Je pense que ca lui plairait bien mais son niveau d’anglais est à pleurer et à mon avis avec les cartes il doit y avoir pas mal de texte …
Du texte a priori oui, court surement, simple également et sinon il y aura de la fan trad, c’est certain 
J’allais justement le proposer. En fonction de la quantité de travail, pourquoi ne pas leur proposer de leur fournir une VF ? Au moins au format PDF (en dur à mon avis le jeu en vaudra pas la chandelle pour eux).
Perso, je pense pouvoir m’occuper de traduire les cartes par contre pour ce qui est de la mise en page (càd intégrer le texte sur un fichier PDF), faudra pas compter sur moi :/.
EDIT : je viens de compter, en incluant les SG, ça ferait 321 cartes dont une bonne partie doivent être identiques. Ca se tente ! Si 2-3 personnes souhaitent m’aider pour la mise en page et la relecture, je peux essayer de leur faire part de l’idée.
