D’une il n’y a (quasiment) pas de figurines, élément avec la masse atomique la plus faible ^^
De deux, leurs boites sont généralement très bien remplies …
Mon colis était également un modèle du genre … il faut dire que j’ai pledgé seulement les campagnes (rien du Vol 5) : que du bon gros livre bien dense 
Bon bah j’ai craqué, mais j’ai une excuse c’est pour me réconforter d’avoir loupé le permis >_<. Un achat désespéré et réconfort x).

Fulfillment Europe Hiccup
We sent our first batch of orders to this hub in September. At that time, the team expected fulfillment would begin in late October. When it became evident that shipping would not occur until November, we sent an updated order list to them (on October 31), updating some of the orders that were sent previously in September.
Unfortunately, their team did not use the newer October list. This means that some backers in Europe received partial orders (for instance, if an order was updated with new content after the list was sent in September, the order fulfilled to you would not contain the extra content). We are working with FEU to ensure missing content is sent to you at no extra cost.
Who does this affect? European backers who modified or changed their order between August and November. We are proactively working to resolve and identify those affected.
Early Ship Legends Book Hiccup
We do want to flag a fulfillment hiccup that affects some Early Ship backers, where Legends books were not included in their shipment as intended. This was an error on our side, so I do apologize for that. It happened because we opened two Early Ship waves, and I somehow transposed some orders, thinking that the order went out in Early Ship 2, not Early Ship 1, which would have seen all early ship items (including the Legends Books) distributed to backers. If you’ve already received your order and are missing your Legends book(s), please let us know—we can confirm if the mistake was made and make it right.
Who does this affect? Backers who selected the Early Ship option and ordered Legends books, but received only the first Early Ship shipment. This shipment did not contain the Legends books.
Fall of the Ancients Campaign Screen Hiccup
We have identified a small inventory shortfall of the Fall of the Ancients Campaign Screen. This item saw a significant number of orders in the last months leading up to the closure of our Pledge Manager. We learned an important lesson in how we manage our products on Gamefound. Because this item was set up under an « option » setting – that is, the product page was simply « Campaign Screen » and there was an option to select for it, including Klik’s Madness and Fall of the Ancients – we could not control its inventory levels separately. Gamefound has no way of controlling inventory numbers separated between two items, only allowing an inventory value for one of them.
We knew that we would be close, but we could not have predicted the sudden influx of orders that came in at that time which set us selling too many. The unfortunate reality is that we have run out of this product in our European hub, and we are very low in other hubs as well.
We have not yet identified who will be affected by this issue. Please note that we asked Fulfillment Europe to ship orders from oldest to newest, so that older orders would see their products first. This means that backers who selected this item late may not receive it. For those affected, we will, of course, reimburse you in full or provide full credit to receive the item from our store at a later date. We do apologize for this inconvenience.
Who does this affect? A small number of European backers who ordered the Fall of the Ancients Campaign Screen. We are shipping orders out from oldest to newest. We do not yet have clear data on who will be affected, but we are monitoring this situation as it develops.

Depuis plus de nouvelles.
J’ai contacté le SAV collissimo, réponse :
"Effectivement, les recherches effectuées indiquent que votre colis est en cours d’acheminement et qu’il n’est pas encore arrivé sur votre site de livraison.
La date de prise en charge de votre envoi par nos services étant inférieure à 21 jours et conformément à nos procédures de traitement, nous ne pouvons en reconnaitre la perte."
Sauf miracle, quelqu’un sait quelles démarches faire une fois les 21 jours passés (soit le 28) ?

Ben moi toujours pas une once de trace de notification d’envoi. J’ai contacté l’éditeur=> Jonathan m’a répondu: il a l’air lui même de pas mal rager contre Fullfilment Europe qui ne répond pas a ses mails…
Beaucoup d’autre je pense, c’est désastreux.
Quand je vois ma gestion de FFE sur Drunagor… on va recevoir les figs des boss, décors et sleeves 2 mois après le jeu…

EDIT ben voilà tout bien reçu, rien à déplorer. Maintenant y a plus qu’à attendre les prochains bouquins de campagne, il me tarde qu’ils sortent celui du VOL 4.
Dès que j’ai le temps je comptes bien continuer de traduire les classes et traits.
