We wanted to give you one last update before the end of the year to tell you a couple of things. But above all, we wanted to wish you well, as Covid cases are increasing at this time of the year, so take care!
First, we still don’t have a 100% fixed date for the Pledge Manager, but we are still working on open it during the first quarter of 2022, presumably around February. Stay tuned to our social networks and newsletter, as well as to these Kickstarter updates to know the exact date!
On the other hand, there are a few backers who were unable to complete their Kickstarter contribution. Don’t worry - you will have the chance to enter the Pledge Manager without any problem! We will keep you updated on when we will open it. Thank you very much for your support!
And before we go on vacation, how about we talk a little bit about the game? HellLois, from the development team, wants to tell you about one of the elements of the game: the tools.
Hello everyone! Since the Kickstarter campaign ended (thanks for your tremendous support!) we haven’t stopped working on TAG Raid. One of the things we’ve been working on is expanding the Tools deck, adding more mining tools to it, more equipment and some « nasty » surprises (but we’ll see that in another update).
In the tool containers we can also find some weapons that will be familiar to you… but what does that mean? Did someone send a tool container with the wrong contents to the miner? Did some miner prefer to speed up the work using a Panzerfaust ? If this is the case, it sure doesn’t comply with all the relevant safety regulations. But what the hell! If you had a Panzerfaust, wouldn’t you use it?
Among these cards we will find a Panzerfaust . This disposable tool is ideal for blowing up any enemy TAG. The Panzerfaust has the Out-of-Range property, with which we will be able to shoot beyond the range rule with a modifier to the attack.
But if you want a more durable can opener that won’t wear out, we can count on the AP Pistol. It is not as lethal as a Panzerfaust, but with its Burst 2 and AP ammunition, it will certainly come in handy to penetrate the armor of a TAG.
But it’s not all about shooting! In the tool containers, we can find a wrench . Because in TAG Raid anything helps when defending our precious Neomaterials.
One of the Strech Goals gave us access to Military Tools in the Search & Capture expansion. So don’t be surprised if by any chance you find a flamethrower, a Trench-Hammer, or even a MULTI Machine Gun in a Tool Container! Cards that we will see in depth in another update.
Finally, we focus on you, Infinity players. The TAG Raid profiles of TAG, Prospector and Hunter are now available in the Infinity Army app. Enjoy them on the gaming tables!

Nouvelle update avec les masters pour les figurines et l’ouverture du PM pour probablement mi-février
First of all, we already have with us the master copies of the miniatures that will be manufactured in plastic (all the TAGs, MegaBeasts, and elements of the Scenery Pack). These copies are not the final material that you will receive in your homes, but they are made of resin, which will be used to make the molds that will allow the manufacture of the final product.
We’re very excited because we have received these figures and that means that manufacturing is going to be smooth sailing from here! Also, this is the first time we’ve had a Gurlanak in our hands, and he really looks very menacing
On the game development team side, HellLois wants to update you a bit on the status of the project regarding the rules, so let’s see what he has to say:
The TAG Raid testing days are coming along nicely! We have been testing the campaign and adjusting the costs of the Black Market cards. With these 40 cards, you will be able to choose between tools, weapons, technological upgrades, or anything that will help you prevail over your enemies. Tired of losing your tools when you die? Don’t worry! With « Secured with duct tape », one of your Tool slots will be secured and only for 10 million Oceanas*! (*price may vary depending on market fluctuations). If you like to have your TAG always ready, the latest generation ARS will come in handy, (well maybe not the latest… but it does the job). With this automatic repair system, you will be able to recover a wound on your TAG! Just because you’re such a good customer - I will sell it to you for the low price of 4 million Oceanas.
If things go wrong and diplomacy fails, there’s nothing better than equipping your Prospector with a Teseum Bar to fix it the hard way. With this, you’ll be able to count an extra Teseum at the end of the game! After these mini-spoilers of the black market cards, I can tell you that in the picture we were testing content from the Search & Capture expansion. I’m sure you can see something by zooming in, but what you won’t see is how the Gurlanak beats the hell out of us. Thank goodness we had the help of the hunters, otherwise we wouldn’t be here to tell the story! Without a doubt, things got intense. MinerBot warned us about it!
To finish with today’s update, dear backers, we have a quick update regarding the Pledge Manager: We are still working on it, and we are aiming to have it open around mid-February. In the next update we hope to be able to confirm with you the exact opening and closing dates, and for those of you who are new here, a guide for the Pledge Manager.
