We’re back today with a little surprise before we dive into fulfillment updates.
JISOGI: Pitch Room – A New Variant
From the very beginning, we wanted JISOGI to capture the wild creativity of anime. That’s why we filled the game with flavor text—not only to give the mechanics more character, but also because we knew many of you enjoy the side stories that emerge while playing.
What surprised us most was how often players paused the main game to read their anime stories out loud. These moments became highlights at many tables, but they weren’t fully supported by the rules… until now.
That’s why we’re excited to share Pitch Room, a free variant you can play right now using only the base game components. No extras needed—just download the 4-page rulebook and you’re ready to go!
In Pitch Room, the focus shifts from running a studio to a single creative meeting where the team debates the studio’s next big release. Each player pitches a script made of Setting, Plot, and Twist. At the end, the group votes for the most captivating idea.
The fun comes from the improvisation—unexpected combinations and absurd suggestions often find their way into the stories. Instead of a management game, this mode feels like an improv workshop where the flavor text takes center stage.
We’ve had a blast testing this with different groups, and now we’d love to hear your impressions! Depending on your group’s culture and play style, the results can vary wildly.
We’ll have a printed edition of the Pitch Room rulebook available for free at our booths in Essen Spiel (Hall 4A120) and Tokyo Game Market (Booth 20) this year.
Fulfillment Updates
Europe & Rest of World
There was a small delay due to issues with the delivery company, but things are back on track. Games are being properly packed and shipping will (most likely) begin this week! Backers will receive an email from Happyshops once their parcel is on the way.
United Kingdom
Zatu will receive the games this week. Their team has an excellent reputation, so we expect a smooth and speedy process. Zatu will also notify backers before fulfillment starts.
Canada
Almost there! Games are arriving soon and Hive will handle fulfillment. They’ve assured us everything will move quickly and safely.

Eldertide: A Thousand Lights
We’re now just one week away from launching our new Kickstarter campaign for Eldertide: A Thousand Lights!
The campaign page is nearly finalized, and we’re thrilled to share that the official TTS Mod, scripted by our friends at Overboard Games, is live and ready to play.
The English rulebook draft is also available both in the TTS Mod and via this link. Please keep in mind it’s still a work in progress—we’re opening it up now to gather community feedback and polish the final version. But it’s already very close to complete!

Et je suis bien content, car le dernier GLS reçu est Scarface 1920 Bloody Business, où le livreur a lâché le colis de 12 kg par dessus le portail de 2 mètres. Je vous laisse imaginer l’état des boîtes…

Le matos est ouf ! Les cartes super épaisse. Les « carte mission » avec des reflets sont somptueuse… Plus les jetons en bois et le.platzau double couche…
Et pourtant j’ai plein de jeux « deluxifié » mais la… Chapeaux

J’en ai 1 
Sauf erreur, j’ai tout payé sauf le MR 
Bon première demi partie de découverte avec les enfants et ça sent très bon
Moi je sent que je vais m’endetter a mort… La sur deux tour j’étais a 1 endettement pour 5 points gagné… Donc moins 1.
Mais a voir si ça fait -1 par tour … Bref j’ai un peu des questions que je vais poser dans le forum qui va bien

Est ce que certains d’entre vous souhaites se grouper ?
Bon sinon en refleurissant je pense que le eux sera très bon apres une première partie.
En effet on a l’impression que c’est juste construire des histoires. Mais en fait il faut BEAUCOUP d’argent rapidement (car seul la première action est gratuite en gros) et que si on veux augmenter notre possibilité de production, il faut embaucher plus de gens et donc payer plus de salaire.
pour se faire il faudra donc nécessairement prendre des pret (au tout du moins de qu’un joueur le fait il faudra le faire).
Mais des pret qu’il faut relmbourser (ca coute en moyenne…1/3 d’une release d’animé, sachant qu’on ne peux max releaser que animé)
Donc il faut aussi orienter son jeux sur avoir des goodies, seul grosses source de revenus. Mais pour ce faire il faut aussi ..; plus de tour de jeux pour aussi continuer a faire des anime sinon on prend des pieces pour rembourser des credits… ce qui ne rapporte pas de point de victoire.
mais pour faire ca (des goodies)… et bien il faut des salariés pour jouer plus…Salarié qui coutent de l’argent.
Tout en faisant de animés qui plaisent car la popularité et la beauté de l’animé sont super importante niveau point…
Bref un jeux plus complexe que le simple fait de mettre trois tuiles dans le bon ordre.
Bref ca sent bon.
Et en plus la a 3, dont deux enfants de 14 et 10 ans, on a fait 2 tours sur 4 en petite heure explication de regles comprise.
Donc je crois vraiment au 1h-1h20 à 3 pour une partie
