Je n’avais pas tilté qu’Asynchron s’occupait de la VF… Vu ce que j’ai pu lire sur d’autres topics (notamment sur Falling Sky), est-ce qu’on risque de se retrouver avec une VF qui sortirait plutôt l’année prochaine ou dans deux ans ?
Ah bah si c’est le cas autant attendre la VF alors
Tout depends de qui assure la prod. Si c’est Glass Canon Unplugged, on peut espérer qu’il ont mis un délai max pour rendre les fichiers…
Si c’est Asynchron… on est mal barrés.

Vu la complexité et l’étendue de la production, il n’y a pratiquement aucune chance que Asyncron la prenne en charge séparément. Mais si c’est le cas… On est mal.

Manufacturing and delivery schedules
We’re waiting for the manufacturer to send us the updated production schedule based on when the language partners declared their readiness to provide the printing files for all language versions. Once we have it, we will produce a schedule for the delivery of your games. We will inform you about the status of things as soon as we receive the information, most likely in a separate update dedicated only to this topic.

As you can see while we tested if everything would fit inside the boxes (both before and after pushing the components out of the punchboards) we’ve also tested the quality and usefulness of the plastic component trays. The boxes showed amazing production quality (and will look and feel even better when they’ll be covered with linen paper in their final form), but we had some remarks towards the plastic component tray for the core box. The manufacturer accepted our feedback and will prepare an updated version of that tray and send it to us for review next week. With that revised tray we will also receive a white copy of all the cards so that we can test their quality and if they fit into the trays and into the sleeves and if the sleeved ones fit nicely into the trays as well😊.
This week we’re expecting to receive the files with cutlines for all the boxes so that we can finalize the layout of all packaging and officially close the graphic side of work on this project!
Printing machines go brrrrrrr!
As you’ve surely noticed another MASSIVE step is ahead of us – printing the game (two more steps remain after this one: confection and shipping). As I’m writing this our beloved DTP partner – Studio conTEXT is preparing the production files for all the printed materials and sending them to the manufacturer. It’s a watchmaker’s level of attention work with hundreds of gigabytes of data being transferred. Next update we will describe this process in more detail and show you how the production files work along with digital proofs and full print sheets. Oh, fun times!

J’ai reçu un colis de leur part, « the edge of kinship », je ne sais pas a quoi ça correspond et surtout pourquoi ça a été envoyé…
Ça ressemble à un rochet en trois parties.
Quelqu’un d’autre a reçu cette petite boîte ?
A priori, ils ont commencé à envoyer des trucs oui, mais personnellement je ne suis pas concernée par cette figurine, t’avais pris un all-in peut-être ?

Selon les dernières nouvelles, les traductions avancent, et la VF n’est pas trop mal partie (ce qui, vu l’état de Falling Sky, n’était pas gagné).
Ca commence à être juste pour le recevoir cette année, mais qui sait 
Heuhh, comme un coup de chaud malgré des T° déjà élevées. Falling Sky, c’est Asyncron. Donc quel rapport avec Frospunk ? Et putain, je crains la réponse.
Et bien, comme indiqué un peu plus haut dans le topic:
Dernier update : les pledges VF partiront début octobre, livraison fin d’année. Pas de supplément demandé aux backers !

The way we approach packaging the fruits of our labor at GCU is a bit mental… there will be a camera in each box, and we will watch the videos with your reactions…
En gros, la façon dont ils empaquettent le fruit de leur travail est un peu « foufou »
Et ils blaguent sur le fait qu’ils vont mettre une caméra dans toutes les boîtes pour pouvoir voir comment on va réagir à cette organisation de malaaaade
