Fulfilment Update - Australia and Asia

Hi Everyone,
We are writing this to update you on fulfilment, as well as provide some important information to Backers in Asia, Australia, and Retailer Pledge Backers
Australia, Asia, and KS Retailer Fulfilment:
As you know from our previous update, the retail edition games and second batch of deluxe edition games is being printed in China and was expected to finish production mid November.
The factory confirmed that they were finished printing, but there was an error in communication and the final number of deluxe editions did not match what we needed.
We have worked with the factory to find the quickest solution to this and have paid them to produce the extra games as quickly as possible. To speed this up, we are having them unpackage some of the games we had produced to sell at retail to use components that are the same in both editions.
We have been given the date of the 10th December for this to finish. At which point, fulfilment can commence immediately via VFI for Asia and sent by sea to Australia for fulfillment via VR. We will investigate over the next few weeks as to how to expedite the fulfillment further and come back to you when/if we have more news on this front.
We are very sorry for this extra delay. We understand that it is frustrating to still be waiting for your games whilst other backers and customers have received them. As such, as a courtesy, we are stopping all sales of Autobahn on our webstore until this issue has been resolved. As you may or may not know, the retail version of the game will not be released in distribution until fulfillment is complete - as we always do.
Update on any outstanding/missing games Rest of World
The following includes people who originally ordered additional items (including the tinners trail replacement packs). As a reminder, the majority of those that ordered the Tinners’ Trail replacement packs will be sent separately in another package.
EU - The hub confirmed that group pledges and remaining pre-orders are packed and ready, and will be shipping either today or tomorrow.
UK/USA - The warehouse are finalising the preparation for shipping group pledges and orders with more than one item. We were informed they would start shipping sooner than this, but the warehouse has had some IT complications to work through, and have told us that these should be resolved in the next day or two.
Canada - We gave the go ahead for these to be shipped, and we have requested an update this morning as to when that will start.
Please remember that we are not physically at the hubs. All we can do is make phone calls and send emails to request updates. When we receive a response confirming our instructions, we have to assume that they are going ahead. This is why we say « should » instead of will, because we have very little control over exactly when our products are shipped, and with the way the world is at the moment, there are many things that can get in the way. Thanks for your understanding if you still haven’t received your copies yet.
3D Printed Insert:
We have received news from backers that some of the 3D printing insert files have not been slicing correctly. We loaded these files onto an online software that identified possible reasons for these issues and we have corrected these. We have updated the files (see link below) and there should no longer be any issues with the printing.

Oui c’est bien la merde et ils ne répondent pas (ou très peu) aux messages. A moins que j’ai raté une info, je pensais que tout était produit en Pologne pour l’Europe et les US. Je pensais que la Chine, c’était seulement pour l’Asie. C’est du moins ce que j’ai compris de leur encadré sur la page du ks.
Là, ils commencent vraiment à me gonfler mais pas trop le choix que d’attendre à mon grand regret.

Actu 9 dec Europe - As far as we are aware, aside from a few parcels that got returned, fulfilment is complete for individual and group backers, but I am checking with the hub for a proper update.
Les boutiques et les pledges groupés n’ont pas été honorés car ils ont vendu leurs boîtes à Essen.

Seules les boutiques n’ont pas été honorées, non?
Par contre ils abusent de ne pas donner de planning pour la réimpression. 2023 c’est un peu vague quan même. On peut espérer Avril en gros, non?
Je suis content d’être resté hors de cette campagne tiens. Il m’intéresse toujours de par ses mécaniques donc je vais guetter les retours quand il sera en boutique, mais ça fait chier pour les backers et par ricochet pour les auteurs.

Oui, au moins pour le Dé Calé. Après je sais que pledges groupés et pledges boutique sont souvent gérés en dernier et de la même facon.
Vu que le PG ne donne pas de nouvelles et que les backers l’ont recu (depuis octobre non ? ), on peut supposer que c’est le cas.
Le PG de @frenchfrog est finalement via une boutique.
Donc on peut supposer que les autres PGs, si il y en a, ont été livrés.
Nouvelle news et cela semble être maintenant pour février. Je les ai contacté pour essayer d’obtenir un envoi en deux vagues en fonction de leur stock mais cela n’est pas gagné…

Retailers
As with the last update, the boats containing the stock were collected just after New Year, and are due to arrive in both USA and UK within the next two weeks (including transit to the warehouses etc). Once we receive confirmation of how long it will take to fulfil Asia/Australia/NZ, we will make a decision on how to move forward with Retailer pledges. We want to make sure that it’s as fair as possible for everyone involved.
Misaligned Expansion Board
We were made aware a while ago of a slight cosmetic misprint on the « jigsaw piece » expansion board. We came to the decision early on that reprinting these would be far too costly, and since it doesn’t affect gameplay, we voted against it. But we wanted to offer everyone the chance to print the art at home and apply it to their board, if they want to. Follow the link below for the PDF

Je ne sais pas c’est quoi l’erreur exactement, mais juste fournir un pdf à imprimer soi-même, j’appelle pas cela assumer ses erreurs…
