Je dois dire que j’ai toujours eu de très bons contacts avec Mark Swanson et c’est quelqu’un de très arrangeant et j’apprécie de travailler avec lui.

Are you saying that the 15-20 customers who go the RETAILERS: Upgrade Pack are dissapointed that the stretch goals are not included in the Upgrade Pack?
If so, I can make an exception given your large order. However, this is what you must do: For ONLY the Upgrade Packs, you must purchase the Upgrade Pack at the regular price. Then, I can refund you the difference AFTER your purchase.
Does this make sense?
