Nouvel update annoncé dans les commentaires GF pour lundi.
Hâte de voir où ils en sont.
Le voilà !!
The Grand Tour is coming, find out what’s new!
Grand Tour Heroes and much more!
Hello, Guys!
Welcome back to the court of Count Vlad!
After last month’s update, we received a lot of positive feedback on Blood’s new card setting and this makes us very happy to be able to intercept and satisfy the community’s requests this time as well!
We thank you for always being so present, this shows how fond you are of the project!
With today’s update, we will fill in some gaps left over from the campaign’s end!
In fact, as you may recall, the miniatures for the 4 new heroes were not yet sculpted when the Grand Tour expansion was launched, but over the past few months our 3D sculptors have been working on the missing Blood models, and today we can present you with the first two miniatures of this expansion, so let’s have a look at them!
Dragos & Darius the « Strongmen »
Dragos & Darius are not just circus troupe: they are a living legend among street performers. This inseparable acrobatic duo has turned their bodies into a perfect instrument for the amazing shows of Vasile’s Follies. Standing on the other’s shoulders, they form an imposing figure worthy of the legendary Hercules, but with the grace and agility of two experienced gymnasts. All these skills are equally effective when, as night falls, they transform from freaks into deadly vampire hunters!
Dragos & Darius present themselves as very special Troupers: despite being presented as the Strongmen, thanks to the balance and versatility of their traits, they are also effective in strategies based on agility, deception, or control. Indeed, they are the only Troupers with balanced access to all Arts, making them ideal for those who want to build hybrid and unpredictable decks.
Whether it’s lifting impossible weights, escaping death traps, or disorienting enemies with sudden stunts, Dragos & Darius always know how to surprise—and survive. For those seeking versatility and unpredictability, this is the perfect choice.
Ioana the Contortionist
Amid the lights of the tent, Ioana moves with hypnotic grace, bending her body as if it were boneless, attracting the stares and admiration of anyone who watches her. But behind the elegance of the gesture lies something much darker.
Ioana wasn’t born an artist, she was trained to be one. She is one of the silent daughters of the Sisterhood of the Black Ribbon, an ancient order of female assassins who, for centuries, have infiltrated circuses, theaters, and courts to strike from the shadows. The stunts are but a disguise, a way to traverse the world without arousing suspicion. Only Vasile knows her secret. It was he who scouted her, who recognized what lay behind her clear gaze and elegant smile. He wanted her in the cast for a specific reason—to fight Vlad with his weapons, deception, and precision.
Ioana is a sharp, calculating mind, always balancing the invisible thread between illusion and reality. Her mastery of Funambulism and Juggling is only the tip of the iceberg. She knows the secrets of Alchemy and Enchantments and knows how to use Pacts to her advantage.
During the chaos of combat, she moves with lethal elegance, evading blows with insane movements and striking with surgical precision. But what sets her apart is her ability to influence others—other Troupers follow her instinctively, attracted by her confidence and a look in which an ancient flame shines. Her Tactic Cards include powerful Aura and Support effects, and her affinity for Whispers allows her to lead the group through the madness of the castle… without ever losing her balance.
What do you think of these two new miniatures? As always give us your feedback!

Nouvel update :
What will spring hold?
A new Hunter and PLAY 2025 report!
Hello, guys!
Spring has arrived even in the dark lands of Transylvania, and Vasile’s Follies are ready to celebrate!
After the two new miniatures from the Grand Tour expansion that we showed you last month, today we’re showing you the last miniature that was missing from the Hunters expansion, the powerful Lamă!
Lamă’s mother was bitten by a vampire shortly before his birth. This event had strange effects on the unborn child, unpredictably giving him some of the bloodsuckers’ powers, such as superhuman strength and speed and the ability to control weaker minds, albeit to a limited extent.
Unfortunately, he also inherited the predatory instincts of a vampire, with a thirst for blood that he manages to keep in check thanks to his human side.
In fact, when Jukas learned of the existence of such a bizarre child, he took him under his wing, training him to become a Hunter and teaching him meditation to curb his bloodthirsty instincts.
Lamă therefore developed a hatred for his vampiric half, which he can only satisfy by hunting down those who condemned him to this constant struggle with himself… the good news is that, thanks to his superhuman abilities, he has become extremely effective at eliminating the hated bloodsuckers.
In the game, Lamă will be able to use skills very similar to those of the Vampires he fights, thanks to the heavy use of the Art of Pacts and the Bites mechanic. He can disappear into the fog, teleport, and even take control of Minions on the battlefield!
When playing this Hunter, you can approach the game in a completely different way, always being careful to balance his fantastic skills with the management of his vampiric nature… it wouldn’t be nice to let him fall into a terrible bloodlust right at the height of a battle with a Nemesis, would it?
Plus, his miniature is truly fantastic, don’t you think? Let us know what you think of this latest Hero from the Hunters expansion!
BLOOD at Play 2025!
From April 4 to 6, Bologna hosted the latest edition of "Play", Italy’s largest convention dedicated to board games, and LMS was there with a fantastic booth and lots of demo tables where visitors could try out our games.
Of course, Blood was one of the main attractions with a demo table where, thanks to a wonderful, up-to-date prototype, many players were able to try out the game, driven by one of its authors, Leonardo Romano (easily recognizable in the photos, he’s the guy who looks like he just came out of a techno music party…).
The overwhelming feedback we have received has been very positive, and the game has impressed players with its fresh mechanics and the quantity and quality of its materials.
If any of you managed to try Blood during the three days of the event, we invite you to share your impressions here with the entire community, which, as always, is eager for new details and information about the game. You can provide unbiased, first-hand feedback like no one else can!
Otherwise, if you want to give the game a try, remember that the Blood demo is always available on Tabletop Simulator (TTS), where you can play some of the bosses from the core game and get a sneak peek at the game!
Click here to try the Blood on TTS!
That’s all for today! See you in about a month with a new update!
Update du mois :
New Follies in the Castle’s shadows
Hello, Guys!
Welcome back to Transylvania, with a new update full of goodies for all Blood fans! We have so much to tell you, so let’s start right away with the preview of the miniatures of the two Heroes included in the “Grand Tour” expansion that were still missing!
Gelu the Fire Eater
Gelu, known as the Fire Eater, was famous for his pyrotechnic shows that combined physical prowess, alchemical knowledge, and juggling tricks. In markets and squares, he enchanted audiences by breathing fire and exploding colored powders, earning applause and a few coins. It was during one of his performances that Vasile noticed him. Fascinated by his precision and his ability to combine spectacle and risk, Vasile asked him to join his Follies. Not just to entertain the public, but also to use the same arts for something greater…
This imposing Trouper has made mastery of Juggling, Alchemy, and Enchantment his trademark. But what truly sets him apart is his ability to generate flames and explosions, transforming himself into a living weapon.
Gelu is certainly not among the most agile or fastest Troupers, and often prefers to maintain a stable position on the field. However, thanks to his solid nature, he can become an unstoppable fire machine, capable of overwhelming enemies in a blaze of sparks and detonations. With his area attacks, Gelu is particularly effective at eliminating Minions, clearing the way for his better-trained companions to fight Bosses and creating excellent synergies between different Heroes.
Gelu can also use his size to draw enemy attacks away from his smaller companions.
Kumiko and Yuki, the Acrobats
Born in a small mountain village in faraway Japan, Kumiko has always had a rebellious spirit and an irrepressible curiosity. Orphaned as a child, she grew up on the streets, surviving thanks to her wits. It was during a stormy night that she found Yuki, a small monkey on the run from a traveling circus.
From that day on, the two became an inseparable duo of acrobats and scoundrels.
Arriving in old Europe with a group of Chinese merchants and diplomats she worked for, she witnessed one of Vasile’s Follies shows. She was so impressed that she ran away from her employers and convinced Vasile to hire her in his company. Vasile was skeptical at first, but after observing the strange duo, he decided to accept.
What few people know is that Yuki is not just an animal—he’s said to carry an ancient spirit with him, capable of giving the duo a kind of magical energy that eludes the understanding of most people… Could Vasile have understood this, and that is why he agreed to take them on?
Young Kumiko never leaves her inseparable companion, the lively monkey Yuki. Together, they form an extraordinary duo, capable of surprising anyone with their unpredictability. This trait makes them one of the Troupers with the highest Madness value and extraordinary Dexterity. However, their traits are not perfect—they compensate for these gifts with rather modest physical strength and poor cunning.
However, Kumiko and Yuki prove to be extremely balanced Troupers, with good skills in all Arts except Enchantment and Pacts. In battle, their talent shines most brightly in their ability to scatter the field with treacherous traps, turning every encounter into an intricate game of agility and deception. When these two enter the scene, be prepared—nothing will go as you expect!
Gelu, Kumiko, and Yuki complete the Grand Tour Expansion’s miniature lineup. Let us know if you like their models and which one is your favorite!
New Minion Cards
We all love miniatures, but Blood is much, much more! Today, we’re also showcasing some important new features that are the result of months of intensive development work. As with other types of cards that we showed you in previous updates, Minion cards have also undergone profound changes, not only for reasons of graphic optimization, but also to increase the quality of life of players during games, as well as for significant changes we have implemented to the functioning of the Vampires’ loyal minions.
At the beginning of Blood’s development, they were supposed to be extras during the frenetic boss battles, but now the minions have gained more importance and will be a constant threat to Vasile’s Follies (and the hunters!), a threat that can’t be underestimated.
Minion cards have been improved with reduced text and the introduction of a keyword system for their recurring skills. And we can guarantee that compared to their previous versions, these skills have all become much more effective at making life difficult for Troupers!
Here are a couple of examples to give you an idea of these changes.
The Night Flock card, in addition to showcasing the new “fewer icons + keywords” philosophy we’ve talked about in the past, introduces the Recall skill. This skill allows those pesky bats to swarm the battlefield in greater numbers—they’ll always arrive in pairs, never alone! Players will need to keep an eye on these Minions to avoid seeing the battlefield overrun with bats.
The Executed are the reanimated bodies of the unfortunate victims of Vlad’s macabre passion for impaling his enemies. These undead creatures have the HUNT skill, which prevents Troupers in the same area from performing the Step and Run actions. So if an Executed manages to reach you, you won’t be able to avoid the clash, unless you’ve already learned to fly…
All these new skills will be collected in a handy reference sheet that you can consult during games, so you can keep the pace of play high!
Some of you had the chance to experience these and other gameplay improvements firsthand during Bologna Play, but we’re curious to hear what you think! Let us know!
Wash Sample
Many of you on the message board have asked us to see some examples of miniatures with the wash effect applied, to help you decide whether to add it to your reward. Unfortunately, the Blood miniatures are still in the file optimization phase for mold preparation, so we can’t show you the wash effect on them. Printing miniatures on our own and applying a wash effect to show you wouldn’t be useful, as they would still be different from those that will be printed in the factory.
However, we thought we’d show you miniatures from another of our games that have had the wash effect applied.
Runar is currently in the fulfillment and preorder phase, and we have also made the wash option available for its (splendid) miniatures.
We would like to show you a couple of miniatures of RUNAR, as they can give you a more accurate idea of the final result of miniatures printed for mass production.
As you can see, the wash really improves the final result of the miniatures, making them deeper and more impressive… we can’t wait to see it on the fantastic Blood miniatures, but in the meantime, we hope these photos have helped you decide whether to apply it to your rewards.
Before concluding this rich update, we would like to say a few words about the TTS version of Blood, which unfortunately has fallen a little behind the latest developments in the game and its latest version presented at Bologna Play in April. We will try to update it in June, but in the meantime, we invite you to use it, keeping in mind that it is not the final version of Blood. By playing it, you can still get a taste of the mechanics and feel of the game.
