Over the past days, we’ve been closely monitoring each region together with our logistics partners, and we’d like to share a gentle follow-up on how things are progressing.
European Union (FFE)
As we have been communicating via comments and on our official Discord:
First of all, thank you for your patience and for keeping the conversation active.
We fully understand the frustration, and we are working every day to bring this back on track.
A quick and transparent update:

Both containers have already arrived in Europe — this is confirmed.

FFE confirmed that all goods are now at the RTM terminal and are being moved into their warehouse at this moment.

They also explained that they are currently severely overloaded, which caused delays.

We are contacting FFE every single day, requesting precise status updates and pushing until we have solid answers.

The deliverys will start as soon the goods arrived in FFE Warehouse.
