Hi Everyone!
Although we are waiting for the final deal to be signed to help us with fulfillment, it looks that we are in the direction to finally getting things ready this May. This will mean, getting fulfillment on this and actual fulfillment dates set. The finalization of this deal will determine whether we will airship products to the Hong Kong hub or to boat ship products to individual global hubs (AUS/NZ, EU, UK, USA) from the factory, so as of this moment, I don’t have an answer yet. Still, the good news is that we are right now waiting for a deal to sign so we can get this moving ASAP.
This said, because we also simultaneously need to get final address updates to our fulfillment partner once the deal goes through, it’s best to not waste time and get that to them right away. So with that, if you need to update your address, please do so no later than May 15th, 2023. Following, addresses will be locked by our fulfillment partner and they will send items to the address we had on file. Thank you!
How do I update my address?
The feature for address updates is on in IndieGoGo but I’ve heard several backers mention that it isn’t working. So within the next 2 weeks, if you need to update your address but cannot access this feature via IndieGoGo, please send us an e-mail to:

Please make sure that your subject line is « SM INDIEGOGO ADDRESS CHANGE ». Keep in mind that this e-mail will only provide customer service to address changes, in order to ensure that all of these are made. Any other questions or comments will be deleted from this e-mail at the end of the day.
I’ve sent an e-mail there (before/now) but haven’t received a reply!
To be transparent, I’m the only one going through the hundreds of e-mails that are coming in for address changes from all fulfillment, which means I have to also manually update them in the system/spreadsheets myself. Rest assured, if you did send an e-mail, it will be updated before being shipped. However, keep in mind that if you have sent multiple e-mails, it will slow down the overall process as I won’t remember each person’s individual request and will check it as they come in.
So if you haven’t received a reply, I will get back to you, but please don’t be worried because your address will be updated.
What happens next?
Once our deal is signed, we will make a formal announcement at what the deal means as well as coordinate with our fulfillment partner to post expected process (how we will get product to hubs and to which hubs) as well as estimated timelines for us to keep track of. I don’t know what date the deal will be signed on since we’re just waiting for the e-mail to come in ourselves. Once we have things officially finalized, I’ll post another update right away.

As common questions become prominent on our comment/social media threads, there’s now an added « Important FAQ » section on our website that will compile these questions and answers, to help with customer service topics. It’s not a perfect solution by far, but hopefully will make things more user friendly for all of us, so you can find what you need. As more questions start popping up, it’ll be added to the same FAQ.
